That’s not necessarily a good thing.

The IMF never lends money to a country , without very specific conditions and requirements that need to be met, beside the usual payment interest requirements.

I would be very curious to see what the breakdown of votes was in this decision. Can the US abstain without this counting as a veto? What was the Chinese vote on this as well?

How is Russia still in this war? Globally governments are hurting for money. Are they selling war bonds? I don't understand the economics of this. I know Russia could destroy Ukraine but won't. Is the war front proping their economy? Someone smarter please explain
