i want to take this opportunity to just have a quick interview with you because i a lot of linemen don't see the side of like the civil side of things okay and you're from that industry like i said i got no script i got no like questions just pulled you aside but like welcome to the show i'm excited to talk to you about this because it's a subject that we need to learn more about okay yeah so welcome to show well thanks for having me man i mean it's both of you pull me on you know and ask me questions uh our company flare we were just we were just acquired but that going on six years be six years in october you know and we did we did some civil stuff and we reclamation thing like that things like that for our uh for those midstream companies you know reclaiming rig sites and things of that nature but now quanta you know you spoke to it this morning in our panel that door got kicked open for flare man and it's opened us up to a whole new realm of opportunity right in what ways in in the in the availability of work man we like you never really knew that that kind of stuff was really going on you know you know what i mean unless she was a part of it like what kind of stuff like the building right-of-ways pad sites pole sites you know moving moving big huge mass amounts of dirt and being a part of these projects that you know you don't you don't really know that are going on until you're in them i guess that's what i'm that's what i was trying to say and that because flare you know our nuts and bolts of flare is underground construction so underground utilities mainly gas you know that's where that's where we that's where bread and butter's made you know right now and the the civil side still in its infancy i dare say just because we're trying to navigate those waters you know a little bit just because it's it's it's not unknown to us but this this is it's a little bit novel so what has that been like oh for those guys have been a part of it it's been just here running and gunning you know like it's just it's it's pretty like it's pretty high-paced like things are happening pretty quick things are coming pretty fast and there's just so much out there man to be a to be a part of you know it's hard to that's why it's nice having you know quant involved because you got some direction you know and we got some people that are working with us we work with summit we work with probes work with these guys that you know have given us an opportunity to come in and kind of show us show you show what we're capable of and thankfully we've done a feel like we've done a really good job of you know like flair being flair and being still pretty small like we're like the capability you know and the talent that we have and the services that we provide man and think it just it meshed so well with like the overall goal for kwana that it's it's been a it's been a kick-ass little relationship you know from my from from my point of view for sure you know being just kind of like helping i guess not really being a part of it more so than like like say i'm more in the underground stuff that's where i live you know but you know with the and even that's expanded man like just the i guess the resources man that's brought to the table from kwana is just that you can't compare it to anything yeah man and just the like you say you said it really well this morning just kicking that door open to so much more opportunity right and with that comes right they're they're pushing you for growth well they're not pushing for growth just because yeah there's there's work out there to be captured you know and if we can capture it and do it in-house right in-house like kwana kwana companies i think that's the ultimate goal for us all right we're all successful in that regard so it's been a it's been crazy man and being being younger it's if you if you see it from that point of view there's no end opportunity right we talked a little bit about moving laterally doing things like within companies but now you there's so much more that you can that you can go and do you know we try to tell those kids there a little bit this morning that don't don't put yourself into a box you know like there's some there's so many neat opportunities it's cool to hear because like you know i came at it from the line perspective you come at it from the civil perspective and there is just like i hate it's not i don't hate promoter like i don't want to sound preachy like it's like i told them like i don't want to just get on a soap box and preach you know kwana kwana kwana like but it's just it's hard to describe it any other way like like i said this morning like i come from a small town i was my dad owned a small powerline contractor company like four crews of four was kind of as big as we got unless we joined up with another contractor that was that was local to kind of kind of tag team something but that's how we managed projects and we did some pretty amazing projects there's some pretty decent sized ones but nothing compares to when i came into the kwana family and the door was kicked open literally kicked open to the world it was like here's your menu now yeah what do you like what do you want to do it's the opportunity is there you still have to work for it you still have to like say yes you got to show up you got to like you got to you got to pass like it's not it's not just a free go but it's there and available if you want it do you want to travel do you want to like work on bigger projects do you want to for us work with helicopters we're go bare hand like whatever you want so what does that look like what has that looked like for you on your side what is that menu or smorgasbord look like you know to to speak candidly it's it was really hard especially coming in you know as part of that first elite program because i can't relate really to the line trade outside of you know i've been a part of football teams and growing up you know like so i didn't have a like my dad he didn't come from the trade you know but he's a hard-ass worker you know so i i'd certainly learned something for from him in that regard you know but coming in it was hard it is it's hard to relate just because it's there's not there's not a whole lot of correlation there other than you're a part of something that's bigger than yourself you know what i mean so it took like taking little bits and pieces of that and i guess to that point um being able to realize how much there is to learn you know what i mean and become involved in and and really to kind of add another tool to your arsenal you know if we can i know this world that we come from this underground utility world you know mean trenching things of that nature but this this opportunity with kuana it's been awesome because like say you can learn a whole different and maybe not you know to the point that we're out there hanging wire with you but you know we're helping you build the project you know understanding what you guys need you know what what we're capable of right and then they're two sides of the same coin i guess so to speak you know so it's really it's been it's been really cool to see that yeah we may not have to you don't have to understand the trade to be able to do the trade but you can understand it enough that you can help yeah you know and that's been i think that's where flair can really come in and we can support you know in that regard and that's just it might like say just the just the amount of opportunity that's out there is just mind-boggling what what kind of stuff has it expanded uh into like what kind of things have you got to do that you maybe not would have had the opportunity to do before and it kind of expanded your skill sets and your knowledge oh man as far as so i can speak to certainly that that quantum elite thing man i just you know that being so very fortunate to talk about what that is too so that you know that was a from my understanding it was a select group that was decided upon by your management group and i i really would like to talk to speak to it a little bit in there with those kids today that you know there's there's two conversations that can be had about you in a room that you're not a part of they need to be really good they'd be really poor right and i was fortunate enough to be a part of one that was really good in my experience and that led to this one elite program who chen kimbrough has really he's been the advocate for it you know and got it going and i i dare say that it was entrusted to him to kind of right it was an idea that duke and reggie and carl had and then it was put into like figure this out man and he's done a great job there and you know to that so we were a part of this this first group there's 50 of us out of 50 000 employees at a time man like what is that lesson i'm not even gonna try to freaking people you know holy cow but it just that that to me is like oh my gosh like i come down here you know and you see like the ceo you see reggie you see carl and you're able to talk with them and realize that they're just people you know they come from the trade they're concerned about the trades they're concerned about the well-being of the people that are working for them man like that those opportunities they're like that just like holy cow like you get buy-in yeah you know what i mean and then you're you're all rolling in the same direction yeah you know i hate to keep falling back on some cliches but no but it's true like they they recognize like i can i can speak to a little bit they they recognize the importance of that form and level individual within an organization like this and i think that that's good for anybody that's even listening to take note of that like and how important that form and role is that a lot of orgs don't quite understand and don't quite realize that like they're your quarterback i've i've described me as a quarterback maybe it's not the one but the quarterback on a football team has to get the the buy-in from their team that they're that leader right so they got to be able to communicate with the team and get to their level and be able to disseminate information down to that team and then the team also comes to them with things happening on the field and that quarterback i feel is the flow through to upstairs as well they got to deal with upper management and general management and you know the coach and the coaching staff right it's that constant flow through kind of goes through that leader and that's kind of what the foreman is they got to wear these two hats and walk this fine line all the time of you know like i got to be for the guys but i also you know got to be for the company and get the information from management down like yep so it's this really fine line they got a walk of of leadership and it's it's cool to see an org understand that and then build a program around developing for sure so yep for sure and you know to further that a little bit like once we left from that coin elite program right it's like oh i'm such a freaking fraud you know but anyway you know it's just something i'm kind of hard on myself but i went back to flare and thought you know we got to do something a little bit different here because like good management is is good support right but where the rubber meets the road is those guys out there doing the work you know and in the position that i was in at the time i was kind of you know a little bit not displaced from that but not really you know hands-on boots on the ground anymore i was more falling into that support role so i've made it a point and then i admit to i'll say this first made it a point to really hone in those skills that our foremen have right and allow them to to grow themselves and to really like get them to realize okay it all goes through you guys you know like you guys really are the are the ones that are driving this show you know you're out there running projects you're dealing with personalities you're dealing with client represents representatives like inspectors you know what i mean and they're just trying to make all that work as well as be productive you know and give and like shedding some more light on what they do and helping them to realize that okay yeah if you guys you keep working really hard you can better yourself but you also bring people up with you and that's where i was like okay i can help myself by helping these guys you know which right i took that message from that you know that first elite foreman thing which they really did they hounded on us that you know it all goes through you guys and i was like well i'm you know not directly a part of that anymore but i know who is you know and trying to get them to realize that hey man like this stuff really like the buck stops with you guys out here in the field you know and helping them to realize that as well as getting them to help replace them right that was one of reggie's asses like we need somebody to step into your shoes we want somebody else you know and then i immediately like you think of that and when that question is asked there's like three people to come to mind instantly you know what i mean that are out there doing all these things and that was that really it just helped me to know that real recognizes real you know and giving those guys the just do that they're owed you know and really supporting them in any way that i can now right i'm not i'm displaced from the field but i can help them get done with what they need to get done be successful at it and help them move into other things that maybe they weren't even thinking that they were quite capable i was using that example this morning of like you're only the sum of the five people around you you know and if you're going to become better at something you have to get in a room with somebody that's better than you at that thing in order to improve right so it's kind of cool like we're forcing that for them yeah right like you get this opportunity to be in front of in rooms with these other big leaders now right so you get to learn you get to become a better leader through being in that room and then it's really cool because now you get to be that for the people below you too to to learn from and be that flow right like hopefully you're creating that link you are and you know buy this it's really cool it is man and like i say i always i say that it's good to be the dumbest person in the room yeah right because then you're going somewhere you know what i mean and i've got a great group of dudes that i've learned from at flare and you know i've got to i got to give a a huge shout out to to my mom and dad i mean they never really they never really pushed us to do anything you know that they wanted us to do it was more you know they let us be who we who we were you know which ultimately i'd like a lot of like some of those kids were asking well how'd you get to where you're at now and it's like i don't just pure ass luck you know i'd say because it isn't like this is like this decision led to this and this and this but i think it's it's more for me i'm not really a write it down goal type of person you know and then seek it out i kind of go with the flow you know and have work your butt off and end up being in the right place at the right time and that's that's really how i got to be in those rooms you know and then you then you try to take advantage of it and just be a sponge while you're in there man because when you have the opportunity to to speak with the guy that's in charge of 70 000 strong now you know duke you know reggie's a really cool guy my uncle uh i remember like running around when we were little and reggie just being there team roping things like that so i remember reggie from a long time ago but you realize like say i think the i think the biggest thing is once you get into those rooms right we put people on pedestals that maybe we shouldn't you know and then you get in there and you talk with them you realize they're just people yeah man and it's and and i hope i take from that and hopefully i can be that example for somebody else that's maybe you know wanting to do a little bit more for themselves right he's got that drive got that initiative and they see okay this dork can do it you know i'm i can i can do that too you know and that's hopefully something that resonated with those kids it's like yeah you just sometimes you're you're a part of something when you don't know that you're a part of it right and i think that's that's like say i've been really really fortunate man to end up in the spot that i'm in and what do you think some of those other like cornerstone things are that gets you into those rooms because so many people just want to just want to be in that room yeah i can speak from like the line side it's like everyone just you know wants to be a former wants to be a leader i want to be this i want to be that it's cool that you want to be that but you need to like develop some skill sets to get there what do you think are some of those skill sets for you for sure man i'd like you know for for me it was i spoke to it a little bit this morning you know it's one thing to be to be motivated you know it's just motivation it ebbs and flows right and i was talking about i was teasing about it this morning but you know i was really motivated last night when i said hey siri set my alarm for four in the morning you know i was like oh yeah i'm gonna get up and i'm gonna get after it we're gonna go and we're gonna work out then four o'clock i'm pretty freaking early but you know that's where i say that those ebbs and flows and motivation but one thing that's constant is discipline and you can either foster your discipline or you can let it wither away and die right and discipline is is huge man because mike tyson speaks to it he says discipline is doing something that you hate like you love it and i i i don't say that i love getting up early in the morning you know it's certainly not the greatest thing but i love working out you know i love staying in shape we were talking about this a little bit and that was just something i was like okay well if you're gonna be a man of your word get your sorry butt up get in there and get get going you know so discipline communication effective communication but a bigger point is sometimes i think guys get disturbed discouraged because they're doing all the right things they're showing up early they're working their butts off they're passing they're doing a great job but they're not moving up you know a lot of times like in the tussle and bustle like people get lost you know so you got to be a self-advocate for yourself you know sometimes you gotta like like for me it's it's been one of my like one of my downfalls for sure i'm not a really good like i don't stand up for myself very well you know what i mean like if i get passed over what i'm like oh what it sometimes you can't be mr nice guy you know you got to advocate for yourself and let it be known that yeah you're fully capable but then once that's done the proof's in the pudding you know and that's where those skills you've been working on and sharpening and honing in that's where it's like okay now it's time to put up now right you got the opportunity you barked for it here you go you know so i have the self-advocation and this one i think are i think it's a little bit too which is i thought about was like okay you want this you want this ultimate outcome in the end but have you have you said yes to little things and put yourself in those positions for those little opportunities instead of just reaching for the big opportunity right away for sure i've had that a few times in life where i've had to think about okay i want to be here so if i work backwards from there if i say yes to this if i say yes to this ask you know like they asked me to do this little simple thing maybe it was you know felt beneath me or felt like uncomfortable or whatever the thing is but i say yes to it and did i go do it and you put a few of those reps in and all of a sudden like you're that guy that yeah does these things you're somebody that can be leaned on or helps you get into those into those rooms i think for sure and you know like you don't realize that you know saying yes is they're saying yes to those little things you don't you don't really quite give them the credit that they're due you know as you're as you're going about you're like oh yeah i'm gonna yeah i'm gonna go do that and then you don't realize that the person that asked you whatever right remembers right or you hope that they remember and i dare say like the good ones that that they do you know so when you have those opportunities you say yes to them then it it just works in perpetuity right it's just one thing leads to the next to the next to the next and for you know what your project manager for a multi-million dollar company right and that's just that it just starts with the things that you really you really wouldn't really expect you know and saying yes to things and and being open to uh to being just like uncomfortable right when you ask like hey you want to go you know you want to go on the podcast oh good hell i like listening to you ryan but i don't know if i want to go be a part of it you know um it's it's things that like like a little thing like that you know what i mean could just really just expand on on some things that you really didn't ever see coming you know so i hope i yeah hopefully that kind of asked or answered what you were going for there but yeah i think it's important to it's important to say yes more it's important to take it's also that um through that process you're putting in the reps and you're building that confidence whether you realize it or not through those repetitions you're building a set of confidence it's like it's like train like be ready so that when yeah an opportunity comes and you're ready for like uh had just this i was at a conference a few days ago pretty big pretty big conference i'm the emcee of this conference i'm already like up on stage i'm doing things that are uncomfortable and all the sorts of things right and this moment came up where it came down to the last second they're like hey ryan do you want to introduce the keynote speaker for this event and it wasn't in the plan that i was going to introduce the keynote speaker and it was kind of he's kind of a big deal he's someone i've looked up to for his tim grover someone i've looked up to for a long time last night pretty pretty yeah pretty big name right all of a sudden i'm nervous i'm like oh my god i'm just throwing in this it would have been nice to be prepared for this but i had to lean on the fact that like you know i've got hundreds of reps now in doing this yep i've spoken on stages before i've i've got i just like calm down you got this yeah this dude think about it first second go up there collect yourself and deliver i think there's a lot of that too like you say yes more to things like that you start building those reps right yeah for sure next time it's a little bit easier for sure and you know to that point you know as i i realize a lot of times you know when you're putting spots that you're maybe not quite ready for you know all it comes down to is you know like when you're when you're excited and when you're afraid they're pretty similar emotions right the only thing like when you're afraid you just quit breathing but if you're like like just take you take you a deep breath and relax and then it gives you your heart rate a chance to come down and it also like clears your head and you start realizing okay i know what i like get up there and you may not be the sharpest right you may not have every tool available to you but you'll get up there and you'll realize okay i can just like you did got up there i've been doing this like this is wasn't easy but you got up and did it right and you put yourself out there to where he was uncomfortable and then in that moment you're like okay yeah i am capable of bringing on tim grover right and like i'm i can do these things i can go talk to these guys that's no trouble you know and then they're just people they are they're just people man they're just people that really work their work their butts off and got to the spot that they're in just because of what you know things like you're doing things like this man that's really tough i tell you like last year with that quanta elite thing you know shane shane asked so there was there was myself kevin and joe trevizo and then um god i forget the other kid's name on he he works for probst but they asked us to come down and uh and speak to the president you know well you part of that you moderated it yeah and dude getting up there and that's where i found out like like say i make the joke like you're gonna be part of a panel a part of a panel are we like growling cows what the hell doing you know i thought that like panels to me were like oh it was a 16 foot long thing that you put up to keep stuff in they didn't know that it was something that you were part of and they asked questions and dude like something like that like it was this quanta elite thing and being the i guess an advocate for it a spokesperson for it in front of people that are running companies man that's like holy cow like what what are you doing they're gonna figure you out in a hurry you know rod you know but it was it was cool man because then that led to sadie reaching out and coming down here and and trying to be an example for some kids that maybe don't know what they want to be a part of right and hopefully you've said something that resonated with them and they're gonna take backs like oh yeah that like he you know that was that was pretty cool and then they take it from there and whether they come into quanta it or not they take it and you made an imprint on their lives enough that they can go and do whatever it is that they're gonna do you know so to that like man like and even again this year you know i fooled her last year i thought well must do a pretty good job because here i am back you know so yeah oh yeah this is on you now save but yeah man it's it's cool and then you get the you get to be a part of of things and and in rooms with people like derrick begay you know i was sitting there kind of geeking out over him so i've watched him on tv yeah you know watch him in the nfr you go and talk to him and you realize he's just a dude who's worked his butt off you know and happens to be a really good roper you know and it's just it's really cool that that you see that like you can be that person you know what i mean and it like we put ourselves in these boxes because of ourselves right we think oh i can't do that look at you know it's like why why not you know that's where i've i think this has been really cool that for me to to see that yeah you can do these you can do these things you know and it's really you that that's holding yourself back yeah i'll work yourself down that's for sure from mosey so outwork yourself down yep and it's it's a challenge for me dude because i like i don't know that i give myself enough credit you know i don't know that i ever will because it keeps my helps me keep my nose of the grindstone you know i think we're all a little bit guilty of that or a little too humble it's good you know humble to a fault almost but and it just really keeps you it keeps you engaged keeps you wanting more right and like just i don't dare say that it's not satisfied i'm satisfied with where i'm at but there you're always pushing you're always looking for what's next you know what i mean because once you get like once you get comfortable and you start resting on your laurels you get a little bit lazy right and you lose your edge you know so i i'd like to say that being a part of this you know is really good for my for my own growth because i i hope that okay well i you know i need to do this now if i want to feel like i belong here these are the steps i need to do you know so it's kind of turned me into a goal-oriented person yeah you know more or less as i never was you know until i started like having to provide for a family you know and you had other people other than yourself to worry about and being a part of this man it's been that it's just real fortunate i guess to to put a to put a bow on that statement it is very fortunate very lucky that i have worked hard and you know i will give myself a little bit of credit there but you know do i feel like i belong and we'll see one of these days for sure you do for sure you know but so talk about the let's go let's go to the work side of it a little bit more how can how can line crews and civil side of what we do work better together what are some things that maybe um is communication a struggle is like what are some things that you've noticed that through working with line crews developing your right of ways like just walk through that a little bit i got you and i i don't dare to misspeak because i haven't really you know been a direct part of it but you know i guess to to liken it to the kind of the theme of why we've been down here i mean effective communication and understanding the need from one another you know and what we're there for you know and i think that just comes down to just just effective communication you know and working with like collaboratively you know there's been some stuff with you know i guess to liken it to you know we're all big one big happy family and was it clarissa she was a part of yeah she so she spoke to it you know and had you usually end up fighting the like the worst fights are with your family yeah you know so we've had some some stuff there to where like we've had to with other op use like be more collaborative in what we're going for here right because once we like once we get the notion that okay this is how i need to bid something this is how the job's gonna go or whatever based off of some past experience you know and not not realizing that we can use one another a little bit and working better to to kind of realize that we're all going for the same thing we just need to know like how to we need to work better on getting there you know and not just not just relying on ourselves and putting ourselves like like disattaching ourselves from you know working with other op use because that man that gets to be a slippery slope you know and that like my experience there is the best thing and we've just recently like just like i don't know it's not really profound you know what we started doing was just talking to each other a little bit more you know and realizing that this is the expectation of a client say right and just getting them privy to that info has helped them rely okay so it's it's not as bad as what we're thinking you know this is all they need us to do whatever and i think it's just as simple as that man just not just open communication but effective communication these people it's it's crazy because communication is such like a big broad topic and i talk about it all the time because it is big and broad so any little piece of information that's good is good to get out there but it's like it doesn't it's not that complicated no it's like there's more tools available to us today for sure there's so much available for us to be effective communicators yeah whether it's on the information side like you just need to learn like the skills of communication or whether it's the actual tools on how to communicate and how to communicate there's no there's more now than ever so why do we always hear like oh i'm such a bad communicator or we as an organization are such a bad so bad at communicating it's like why yeah why let's figure this out and i think it i think it's mostly because you think that it's happening you know what i mean like you think that these guys are talking you think that you know what's going on out in the field you think that they're no no they can't be they could be communicating but it could be something that you know could be getting off the rails too you know and realizing sometimes that yeah you do need to intervene and you know we joke a lot of time like up to colville you know we got all these we got a multitude of different ways to get a hold of you now you know there's microsoft teams calls that they've got us involved in all the tools oh my goodness yeah there's all sorts of ways that they can get a hold of you but you know utilizing them is one thing but effectively utilizing them is a totally different thing and and the best the best thing is knowing the work knowing the people that are doing it right and then having a good understanding of where the disconnect is right and i think a lot of times we can we all realize that we're we're in the same boat right because we haven't been talking all that well to one another you know and and to uh uh that that effective communication is is vital man to to being successful you know and even like there's i think there's so many books that i've read anymore and a lot of them a lot of the leadership books you know like uh extreme ownership you know jocko speaks to it yeah and it's it's communication right i mean he he likens to like he'll give you a scenario that they ran into while they were over fighting the war and then a scenario in which they come back and did some training at a company right and you realize that it's just it's two two of the same things and the breakdowns usually come from that just that communication chain you know and really effectively understanding the work and really understanding your people and knowing where you can intervene and help them man that's i think that's mission critical yeah you know but i got one more got one more for you what are you most excited about now with the work that you're doing going into 2026 oh man the the amount that's out there you know uh flair's flair's goal this year is are you seeing work like before you sorry to interrupt you but like yeah the work that's out there is that like in in every area or for yeah for sure so you know to the civil side uh good hell like our civil side is gonna gonna grow in leaps and bounds this year you know which was which has always been the goal right kwan is always pushing growth and that's just to capture more of that revenue that's out there right that's what we're all going for is increasing our revenue um like that that amount of work that you know just being a part of the discussions and the things that guys are out like there's there's work there's contracts that are happening there's so much of that like that data data center stuff man that involves not just power but the generation of it man that's where like like i come in like with the natural gas you know like we're we're generating power to provide this data when that's all it is right it's just a data facility because we're all living off our damn phones you know and we need them but just just those there's the push for that there's the our infrastructure is aging right power wise and even even underground utility wise i mean one of our biggest client clients has got a has got a a goal to start replacing a lot of their old their old pipe and the thought is so it's going to start at like 15 million a year you know divided over you know a few contractors but that could grow to 30 plus million a year and you know the talks that i've been a part of even at 30 million dollars a year that pipe's going to take 60 60 plus years to get all of it like to replace it all and that's just that's just i believe it was just services like services to your house gas services to your house that's not the mains and things of that nature dude that's insane to me so that's going to outlive me you know so there's there's that opportunity there's the opportunity within quanta themselves and other like working with other opus to generate that power to help build those roads to build those pad sites build those pole sites man there's so much staying work out there and that's what's that's what's exciting to me you know it's just how much there is out there to go and catch you're probably looking for people for sure for sure give some insight then quickly as well into like the types of people you're looking for types of skill sets that sort of thing right now man it's it's it's it's tough because you know like a lot of a lot of guys speak to it i mean for every 10 dudes that are retiring 10 people that are retiring there's only six that take their place you know and with those 10 people that are retiring i mean there's a lot of knowledge yeah and a lot of experience that goes with them right now like we're thrusting guys into positions that maybe they're not quite ready for you know so that that's a challenge and and giving them some grace to to be able to learn on the fly right we were talking about it today fake it till you make it and i think i got a little misconstrued because we're not we're not fake if you don't know something you need to say we don't know something it's more the more of the confidence right i can do this talking to yourself amping yourself up and and really you know to better answer your question we're looking to for people that can hit those handful i think you can count them on one hand those simple disciplines right you show up on time which is early you work your butt off you're grateful to be there um a couple more you could fill in you know attitude was another attitude is attitude is huge man i mean everybody has their bad days but you come there willing to learn right and you can you can foster those and really build on people right with just those like those those things man you can everything else aside personality whatever if you bring those handful of things to the table you're you can you can go places man especially with somebody that really is looking out for you know helping people to become maybe what they want to be because that helps you know helping helping others help yourself right it's tried something that i've kind of grown grown to live by i can help this person get to here also helping myself get to here right and then from there it does it just becomes a huge a huge revolving door man of just like people replacing people and they're all good people because the ones that you had an impact on they're like okay that really resounded with me and hopefully it works in perpetuity from there down man to where they're they're really taking those people that are coming in that are fresh you know and really helping get them to where they're at you know and i think that's i say you can take and i know i told you five i don't think i mentioned five but there's a just a handful of things that if you harden those skills and foster those skills you're gonna kill it and they're skills that anybody can work on at any point in time because there's not something you got to go to a university to learn no hey you don't have to go there to learn and how to have a good attitude or how to have some work ethic y'all show up on time and all those things all that stuff man yeah you want to come down here to line school you know to learn how to like how to have a good attitude how to show up on time those are like things that you can like you said at best man you can continually make those like you can sharpen those hone those in to where and if if you master those few things i think you're irreplaceable man because you can you can teach people something right if they're willing to learn you can teach them anything that they're willing to learn those are those are a couple other things like awareness like self-awareness awareness um and that willingness yeah to learn for open for sure and that's to say i think i'd like to really really say you know we say fake it till you make it no let's let's let's maybe like the confidence and stuff like that right you don't want things to get misconstrued right because you can get people hurt in hurry right in the stuff that we're doing and you gotta you gotta be um i think the word is like you gotta be humble you know and know like okay you know when to say i'm not quite sure that i know how to do this you know so i guess that'd be the fifth one humility if you're humble man i think those those things all wrapped up right it's easy for me to say right and it's easy on paper but it's it's hard to do on discipline six so see we sit there and keep talking it's hard to do it's hard to do consecutively like insistently yeah that's for for sure man and i if you can if you'd really hone those skills in and there's there's no end to what you can do especially here appreciate you been
