Over time, multiple layers accumulate, some become outdated, some become friction, and eventually people start optimising things that probably shouldn’t exist in the first place.

That’s what this role is about.

- uses AI to compound their output every week.

We want somebody who brings structure to chaos and increases efficiency. The best people at this almost seem magical. There’s a certain restlessness to them. If they see something inefficient or unnecessarily complicated, they can’t help but fix it.
