The more your mind intervenes with something like diet;
The more likely it is you develop an eating disorder and struggle to stay lean.
Constant thoughts of food, hunger, diet stress, cravings;
It’s all an eating disorder.

You have an eating disorder.
The only reason that isn’t glaringly obvious is because big food profits off of your constant hunger and new age diet protocols…

It frees you from this cycle.
You can stay lean, be unaffected by hunger, eat normal amounts, feel great without supplements, etc…
But they want you to think it’s “stressful” (raises cortisol).

Stress creates growth.

Your ancestors went days without food and built civilizations.
